1General Introduction

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legal agreement between the kirkiri platform and its users. Kirkiri is a licensed online gaming and betting service provider operating in Bangladesh and other approved territories.

By using the kirkiri website or app, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any of the terms, please refrain from using our platform.

While these Terms and Conditions are written in English, the original document shall be considered authoritative in the event of any legal dispute. Kirkiri reserves the right to amend these terms at any time, and continued use of the platform following any changes will be deemed acceptance of the updated terms.

2Account Registration & Management

To open an account with kirkiri, the following conditions must be met:

  • Each individual may open one account only. Opening multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
  • All information provided during registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete.
  • Your account login credentials (ID and password) must be kept strictly confidential.
  • Accounts may not be shared with or sold to another person.
  • Any suspicious activity must be reported to Kirkiri Support immediately.
  • If any of your details change (such as your phone number or address), please update your account as soon as possible.

Kirkiri may request additional identification documents at any time for account verification. Failure to provide the required information within the specified timeframe may result in temporary account suspension.

3Age Eligibility Requirements

Kirkiri is strictly for users aged 18 and above. Account registration and any form of betting or gaming by minors (under 18) is strictly prohibited.

  • You will be required to verify your actual age at the time of registration.
  • Kirkiri may request a national ID card or passport at any time for age verification purposes.
  • If a user is found to be a minor, the account will be permanently closed and any deposited funds will be returned.
  • Parents and guardians are responsible for ensuring their minor children do not access this platform.

Creating an account with false information or committing age fraud may constitute a criminal offence. Kirkiri reserves the right to report such cases to law enforcement authorities where necessary.

4Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

Kirkiri's payment policy is fully transparent and user-friendly. The key points are outlined below:

  • Withdrawals can only be made using the same method as the original deposit — this is required to prevent money laundering.
  • Payment methods registered under a third party's name are not accepted.
  • Kirkiri reserves the right to temporarily hold any suspicious transaction for review.
  • Kirkiri is not responsible for payments sent to an incorrect account number — always double-check before transferring.

5Bonus & Promotion Terms and Conditions

Kirkiri offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with its own terms, which are clearly stated alongside the respective bonus offer.

  • Wagering Requirements: A specified wagering requirement must be met before withdrawing a bonus — typically 3–5 times the bonus amount.
  • Validity: Each bonus has a specific validity period. Any unused bonus will be automatically cancelled upon expiry.
  • One Bonus at a Time: Multiple bonuses cannot be used simultaneously.
  • Bonus Abuse: Abuse of the bonus system — such as draining bonuses through opposing bets — is a punishable offence.
  • Cashback Bonus: Applicable only to bets placed with your own funds — cashback does not apply to bets made with bonus funds.

Kirkiri reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time. However, the terms of a bonus that has already been claimed will not be altered.

6Betting Rules

The following rules apply when placing bets on kirkiri:

  • Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled — adjustments may be made using the Cash Out feature.
  • Kirkiri reserves the right to void any bets placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error.
  • Bets placed using match-fixing arrangements or insider information will be voided immediately.
  • Kirkiri sets the maximum bet limit per event, which may change from time to time.
  • Odds in live betting are subject to change — the odds confirmed at the time of acceptance are final.

If an event is cancelled or suspended mid-way, the relevant bets will be settled in accordance with Kirkiri's existing policy.

7Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Kirkiri and may result in penalties:

  • Operating multiple accounts or re-registering under a new identity.
  • Using bots, automated software, or any other technology to gain an unfair advantage.
  • Money laundering or conducting transactions using illegally obtained funds.
  • Intentional abuse of promotions or the bonus system.
  • Threatening, harassing, or disrespecting other users.
  • Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to Kirkiri's systems.
  • Evading identity verification by providing false information.
Consequences

For any of the violations listed above, Kirkiri reserves the right to close the account without prior notice, forfeit the balance, and, where necessary, report the matter to the relevant authorities.

8Account Closure & Suspension

Either the user or Kirkiri may close an account under certain circumstances.

  • If you want to self-exclude: You may close your account via Self-Exclusion in Account Settings or by contacting Support.
  • Cancelled by Kirkiri: Kirkiri may suspend or terminate an account due to a breach of terms, fraudulent activity, or legal requirements.
  • Inactive Account: An administrative fee may apply to accounts inactive for more than 12 months.
  • Balance Settlement: If an account is cancelled for a valid reason, any remaining balance will be refunded.

9Responsible Gaming Policy

Kirkiri believes gaming should be a source of entertainment, not addiction. To support this, we have put in place a number of protective measures:

  • Deposit Limit: You can set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
  • Session Limit: Automatic logout once your set session time has elapsed.
  • Cooling-Off Period: A voluntary break of 24 hours to 30 days.
  • Self-Exclusion: The ability to close your account yourself, either temporarily or permanently.
  • Reality Check: Notifications reminding you how long you've been playing at set intervals.
